    One rep told me not to designate 'cruise only' and another said to do so. Confusing. We put the insurance into effect, relaxed knowing it was there if needed, though it was just for a 5 night cruise. We were never sure of which insurer to choose, but chose the one that was least costly.

    Great company for trip insurance. I typically make multiple payments to pay for our trips, and customer service is helpful in handling the multiple coverage increases and payments. I use Squaremouth for all our trip insurance needs

    The WORST COMPANY EXPERIENCE EVER. FIRST THE ONLINE CLAIM FORM DIDNT WORK
    Then i had to do the wholelclaim by hand n mail it in. After 2 mos. I started calling about my
    Claim but it was never done. I spent way too many hrs on the ph talking to them and trying to
    Get my darn refund. It was a nightmare. Finally after about 8 calls they said they were sending
    It. Two wks later it had not arrived. By then I was furious and called again. Finally a couple
    More wks later I got it. It took 4 or 5 MONTHS to get my money back! NO EXCUSE for that
    Failure to deliver and me having to waste so much time calling them , very upset n no good
    Reason from them.
    Absolutely terrible experience and I will never use this company again. Inexcusable.

    Seven Corners paid my claim in full but it took seven weeks and it was a very simple claim - a cancelled cruise and a claim for the non-refundable portion of the cruise fare. And the claim was under "cancel for any reason," so there was no issue concerning the basis for the cancellation.

    Called the 24 hour hotline. The person said no one could help at the moment but I'd get a call within 20-30 minutes. It's been a week and no one called me back.

    They answered my questions, reviewed what documents or information I needed tp provide for my claim. However, they could not give me a firm answer on the time frame for processing my claim. They said the claim could take up to 90 days but probably more to process due to backup of claims they are processing from the summer season.

    I buy insurance in case the airline disrupts the trip. In this case, the airline cancelled our flight and put us on a flight ***a day earlier!!!***. We had to get new connecting flight tickets, which cost us $750. Seven Corners said that wasn't covered. What do we have insurance for then?
