April 19, 2018Pat from NY Verified Squaremouth CustomerThe EOB listed the paid claims individually (which is better than some other insurers) but without any descriptions. The amounts were all slightly off, so not sure about why that was since I made claims based upon how much I was charged by my credit card companies in dollars, not original foreign currency amounts paid, so there shouldnt be any foreign exchange rate considerations.

Right now I'm a bit disappointed at the very slow response to my claim and the lack of contact with your office. Once all this is settled I'll be happy to rate the service.

I'm very happy - my claim was settled reasonably promptly and with a minimum of fuss. I got a bit frustrated in the beginning with several auto-responses and no messages from real people, but when I voiced my concerns I heard back from the company immediately. I would certainly use them again.

It would have saved some time and emails if the person initially contacted at Squaremouth had informed me of all of the documentation needed to file the claim. Once I had submitted all of the documentation required, my claim was processed quickly and efficiently.
