Seven Corners was very understanding and helped with all my questions about the paper work. The process after the paperwork was completed was quick and efficient. We received an email that the claim was reviewed and payment will be sent. I am very glad we had Seven Corners.

I called SquareMouth to find out our options of cancelling the insurance and being able to use it on a future cruise. I was told that because we had pre-existing conditions on the policy we would be limited to using the same cruise line and also within a certain period of time. We were not able to comply with those conditions.
