A month before my trip I became seriously ill and had to have emergency procedures which would not allow me to travel for some months. The claim process was very easy and quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

Having said that, I found the online process for determining the amount and type of insurance as well as understanding the scope of coverage was largely intuitive and straightforward.

We immediately called Tin Leg and they were very helpful right from the beginning. United Airlines did refund the purchase price for our tickets but Tin Leg kept in touch throughout the process. We will definitely be utilizing your travel insurance again in the future!
