    i filed a claim for lost luggage, the customer service rep was very helpful, fortunately my bag turned up after 4 days and all ended well as the incident occurred on our way home and not starting our trip.

    I DID NOT HAVE TO UTILIZE THE INSURANCE SO FOR ME THAT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. HAD I TO FOR ANY REASON COVERED I WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE MORE VALUABLE INFORMATION BASED UPON THE EXPERIENCE

    The service was great. There was a time when I would not need to purchase travel insurance; but that time is now gone. It was not difficult for me to find the coverage that I needed and at a reasonable price.

    I left my camera in our hotel room in Casablanca, Morocco as we were leaving for the airport (to fly home to NYC) at 4:00am.

    When I discovered the loss, I contacted the hotel to learn that they had secured the camera but they were unable to send the camera to me in NYC because Moroccan law

    I cannot rate this insurance company because I am fortunate not to have to file a claim. Squaremouth always leads me to the best coverage for my journeys, and I appreciate their expertise and patience. I have recommended a Squaremouth to many friends, and will continue to do so in the future.

    My wife and I luckily did not have to file a claim during our trip, but at one point we thought we were going to miss a connecting flight due to an extremely short layover. I contacted customer service to see if our policy would cover any fees associated with having to rebook a later flight but unfortunately it did not. To be fair this may be something that travel insurance does not cover period - I have not done enough research to know one way or another.

    I will be purchasing additional travel insurance policies from Tin Leg in the future and would recommend this company to anyone who may be shopping for travel insurance.
