    It was easy to contract with an insurance company and get the coverage I desired. As I had no claims to file I cannot comment on service .

    How do I file a claim. Because of water conditions and rail connections we could not go to a Hotel we already
    paid for. Is this enough for a claim? The hotel was the Hotel Bonadies for th the e night of Sept. 12.
    I have the Travelocity voucher confirming this.

    Scheduled interview did not happen, had to reschedule and notify TinLeg that its employee didn't call me.

    I don't see a need for an interview, necessarily. I had all my documents/receipts, and could have just filed them, rather than do an interview where someone else typed in my personal information, and then sent it to me (along with a seperate email 5 minutes later saying my claim wasn't complete because I hadn't submitted documents). I should just be able to file my claim and supporting evidence, and have an interview scheduled if necessary.

    I did have my small claim paid, but it could have been easier. Mostly, don't make me schedule a time for an interview, then don't actually call me after I've arrangement my schedule.

    So far we have been very pleased with Tin Leg. It was a huge relief knowing that we were covered should something happen to us health-wise while on our recent trip to Europe-that is the main reason we purchased the policy. But, it has been an extra plus to find out that we are also covered for lost luggage since one of our bags is still touring Europe.

    Customer service has been very helpful and supportive, and should we be able to take another trip like this, we will definitely purchase a policy from Tin Leg again.
