I emailed the emergency site and got a response almost immediately. The agents were great and kept me informed as to what I needed to do to make a formal claim. I recently received an email stating I would receive a check in the mail. The reimbursement was more than reasonable. I will use Tin Leg in the future.

Mailed in the claim form and documents and had a check for the full amount of the claim at our home within 10 days.

We have no way of knowing whether or not this policy would have met our expectations had an event occurred that required using the policy. For example, on our cruise, our ship diverted to an island not on our itinerary in order to drop off a passenger who had a medical emergency. Would our policy have covered the medical costs associated with such an event? Hopefully, the answer is yes, but of course we won't know until we experience such an event.
