Since we had no personal interaction (communication was done through their website) we were in the dark about where the claim was in the pipeline and when our claim would be resolved. Apart from this we were extremely satisfied with Tin Leg. They refunded the full amount paid for plane tickets to Hawaii after we were forced to cancel the trip for medical reasons.

I heard good comment about this insurance company prior to my purchasing the policy and my comments did not change after purchasing the policy. I definitely recommend it to my friends
The only comment I would like to mention is that it takes some time to respond to the claim. As of now I did not collect on the claim. You might have good reason for the delay
In general it is great.
