Once I submitted all the forms and documents electronically, I received, in less than 3 weeks, written notification that my claim would be fully honored, and the refund check arrived in 25 days.

The questionnaire asks for the total price, your loss and if you were reimbursed and the amount. Your people deducted my reimbursement a second time and shorted me $937. I called twice and got two different answers as to what I should do. One said to resubmit and the second said to send an email. I did the latter and got 3 unintelligible responses from one of your people who could not write English. I finally asked that she show our correspondence to her boss and I was immediately refunded my $937. I got what I was due in the end but not without persistence.

This time my husband got sick and needed a doctor. We The filed for reimbursement when we returned and was it very easy. The check came today. Excellent service!
