    It was unclear whether I needed to cover the entire trip cost. I contacted customer service who made it clear, but it would have been better if it was clear without interaction. The site implied yes, but since I was purchasing to late for cancellation for any cause coverage, it wasn't needed.

    Everyone was very cooperative. I purchased the policy for a different trip that was cancelled, but we were able to transfer the policy to this trip.

    Helpful in choosing the coverage we needed. Contacted customer service when an injury occurred. They instructed us to seek treatment, save receipts and file a claim upon returning to US.

    I suppose you really don't know how good a policy or the support is until you need to make a claim. My trip went smoothly so as far as I can tell.... everything was fine. I do wonder if I fully understood what was covered, and how, in the event I was positive for COVID on my pre return to the US test. Luckily I was negative but I did wonder... I suppose there's another chance to find out as I have another trip scheduled for May-June 2022.
