I had originally had my husband (who was not traveling with me) make contact, and he may have erred in requesting the appropriate forms.

Your service was awful. Claim was paid slowly and partially declined with no information on why or how to re-submit.

I had to cancel two cruises that were booked very close together for the time of departure. My wife had to go to the hospital and I had to file two claims within two months of each other. Tin Leg paid both claims and with no hassle! Squaremouth and Tin Leg are wonderful! You will not go wrong with Squaremouth or Tin Leg!

The only issue was locational lack of communication for length of time before representative responded to my email. All I had to do was send them a copy of my account which showed the charges and a copy of the doctor's statement and I received payment in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this policy to anyone traveling.
