    I had a swollen knee from hiking and didn't know if I would need to get it aspirated. We called to get information. My knee swelling decreased enough that I needed no treatment.

    SquareMouth was the only vendor with whom I spoke, among several, that asserted unequivocally that they would cover a helicopter evacuation from the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

    I have a claim still open with square mouth ! So ! I can't really say if this insurance company backs up it's claims or not.
    All my contact so far has been positive ! Hopefully they
    Will pay the claim with the same positive attitude !

    The insurance coverage provided was outstanding and pricing was competitive/lower than alternative sites for required health and travel insurance coverage.

    I would urge anyone planning an overseas trip that is not covered by your domestic (United States) health insurance to conduct the appropriate due-diligence and consider Tin leg as your primary coverage provider.

    We had to cancel our trip. It has been Five weeks since we put in a claim and I only heard from them now because I finally asked if there were any questions. We sent complete records, we thought, but evidently not complete enough. So we are still waiting.

    We lost our cell phone during the trip and filed a claim. After spending a lot of time putting together the required documentation and filing the claim, we learned there was a cell phone exclusion. Would have like to know this before we went through all this effort.

    I had to cut short my trip to Mexico this past January 2015, due to a death in the family. I filed a claim and received reimbursement for the portion of the trip that I did not complete. The assistance I received was excellent, and I am very pleased with the outcome, the staff's professionalism and helpfulness, and the ease and clarity of the claim process.
