    I had to cancel my cruise for medical reasons. I and my doctor filled out the claim forms. I expected a lengthy process and was surprised how quickly My claim was processed. My check was sent 6 days after they received my claim. I have 3 more policies with Tinleg for future cruises and hopefully never have to file a claim again. I would highly recommend Tinleg.

    My claim was handled easily and promptly.

    My calls were all promptly answered by a human who was able to handle my queries.

    I received the claim form, provided the required documentation, and my check arrived faster than I expected, with no back-and-forth required.

    Thanks TinLeg for making an otherwise stressful situation a little less stressful.

    4Stars becasue they forgot to refund one airline ticket, but when brought to their attention, they immediately rectified the situation. I would recommend this policy based on the fact that all of our claims were dealt with and refunded due to a pre-trip cancellation for a medical issue.

    I was fortunate that I did not need my SqaureMouth/TinLeg Insurance. However after buying the policy I did see the many complaints from policy holders trying to make claims. Perhaps this is typical of Travel Insurance policies; in any case it eroded my sense of well being. Next time I think I will stick with Travel Guard.

    Our 11-day cruise was interrupted on day 5 due to a death in the family. Tin Leg emailed claim documents and after we sent the forms and all the receipts, death notice, etc. back, we had our checks in about 2 weeks, no further questions asked. I felt that the service was very quick and we had no difficulties with refunds whatsoever. I highly recommend this travel insurance company.
