    Before Trip
    We did not have any contact with the carrier before the trip, other than ordering insurance and delivery of the policy. We were satisfied with the ordering process and prompt delivery of the policy.

    During Trip
    We had no contact at all with the carrier during our trip, so I do not feel comfortable rating them.

    Claim Process
    No claims were made. Again, I do not feel comfortable rating the carrier since we have no experience in this regard.

    Before Trip
    Squaremouth Insurance provide excellent, prompt service both over the phone and by email.
    Our group of 5 travelers did not have to make a claim, but felt assured that with weather flight delays this winter, etc. that we were protected.
    I would use Squaremouth again.

    During Trip
    I did not have to use these services.

    I would have preferred to have had insurance stickers for my luggage and printed documentation (other than e-mail) for my trip coverage.

    During Trip
    Did not need to contact them during trip.

    During Trip
    We were delayed in the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for 11 hours because we missed our connecting flight by 10 minutes even though the connecting flight had been notified that we were on our way. Our incoming plane was 10 minutes late which only left us 0ne hour to make the connecting flight.

    Claim Process
    I have submitted documentation by mail showing that we were delayed in the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for 11 hours and the receipts that we had. We have not heard back from this request. I cannot answer the above questions until I hear back from the insurance company.

    Before Trip
    Considering the inclement weather around the nation when I booked my trip and extra insurance, I thought the service was warranted. I had no reason to process a claim, although my colleague, who did not purchase service and was scheduled to fly the following day experienced a trip cancellation that effected our business arrangements.

    During Trip
    I will consider using the service again.

    Just knowing that Squaremouth.com has amassed all this useful information for me to make an informed decision and is there to answer my questions, is all that I can ask. I am lucky that I have never had to file a claim but knowing the professionalism of squaremouth.com, I know they'd be there to follow through.
