The documentation arrived immediately and was easy to understand.
The travel assistance portion of the policy was handled by another company - On Call International. We had a medical emergency requiring a med-evac flight and hospitalization. On Call exceeded my expectations in every way; they opened the case number promptly, were very reassuring and helped us every step of the way. All calls were answered promptly by a live person in New Hampshire, even in the middle of the night eastern time. They re-booked our travel home according to the hospital's discharge recommendations, arranging for wheelchair service at each airport. They monitored our situation right through to our return home, calling to verify that we'd made it okay. Their staff could not have been more helpful, efficient and compassionate. We were completely satisfied with the travel assistance portion of the policy as provided by On Call International.
I have not yet submitted paperwork for the trip interruption and medical claims as we must wait for receipts and other documentation. The company did immediately provide all necessary forms and they are easy to understand.

The claim process was easy. I submitted the required information and the check was issued within a reasonable time. I would definitely use this company again.

When my daughter extended her trip for 14 more days, the agent arranged coverage for the extra time at no charge. This also included car rental insurance, very impressive for the price!
My husband's name was listed as Ruth Kilday. When I realized it the day before or trip started the agent corrected his name to Bruce Kilday
