    It's insurance. Never needed. Proof would,have been in using. Purchasing was easy and I asked questions that were answered immediately.

    there was a possibility that I would have to make a claim. I called for assistance and the person was very informative. I happily did not have to file a claim, everything went as planned, but it was a comfort to know I was covered.

    Very Satisfied!! It's my first time making a claim under the Cancel for Any Reason. Filed and sent the papers online Feb.13 and claim was approved 10 days later. Check arrived 5 days after approval. Fast, efficient, Highly Recommended!

    I've purchased insurance before but never had a reason to file a claim. I typically purchased Cancel for Any Reason and was always worried the insurance company would find some reason to dispute claim or delay payment. On this trip, my daughter had to change plans so I had to cancel a Jetblue/Delta flights. Both carriers charged cancellation fees and gave ups credits. Completing paper work was time consuming but I understand the insurance companies must need proof of what was purchased, when it was canceled, and what the resulting loss was. Within 10 days, I got a check for the full amount I calculated. I'm very satisfied with Insurance company performance. It worked!

    I am filing a trip interruption claim due to a cancelled flight. The procedure so far was straight forward. It will take me a month to get all of the supporting documentation.

    Had to cancel prior to departure due to illness, when I called to learn how to start claim I was informed I needed an excuse from doctor- so I made a trip to get that only to learn that what the person meant was a form that they would be sending- so it took two 15 miles trips to doctor in snowy weather to get things completed. We are two weeks into claim process...still waiting.
    We have used Squaremouth multiple times on trips, in fact after illness and recovery we did a quick rebook and used you again.
