I was a bit troubled that cancellation did not include failure to get a Visa, since the Visa process with Iran is tricky for Americans. If it was clear that 'cancel for any reason' policy was needed and that it had to be applied for within short timeframe of down payment for trip, it would have made me less anxious. It turned out okay, since Visa came through.

We actually processed a claim to regain 50% remuneration due to one of our traveling companion's injury and cancelling our trip. We were pleased that the process went smoothly.

I could not a definitive answer regarding coverage, and had to make multiple phone calls to attempt to get answers. I just submitted the clam, so am still not sure of the outcome.

We had to cancel for medical reasons and the insurance provider was quick to process our claim as well as answer any questions we had. I would choose this provider again without a doubt.
