The insurance company responded immediately with the necessary claim forms and processed our claim in a timely manner once the forms were submitted.

The form required a lot of paperwork, but I suppose that is important to avoid fraud.

Didn't have questions about the policy so cannot give an accurate evaluation of how such questions would or would not have been addressed.
Anyone who travels without some sort of policy is really taking a chance in today's world. Square mouth came well recommended and so we went with them.
