    I haven't sent in the claim yet. I called but they never returned my phone call so I guess I will try again. I will do a review after they take care of my claim.

    Great insurance and prices. I was slightly disappointed because our cruise was cancelled once we were in Alaska. The cruise line paid for change fees and prices of ticket to get back to FL and refunded the cruise money or said they will. However with the certificate they are giving us to go back on the cruise next year we have to pay for the flight over again. I was hoping that this insurance would cover this but apparently when I called to inquire they told me it would not cover air fare that I have to pay again next year due to cruise being cancelled.

    The only real contact I had with the company was with the claim after my trip. They were professional and handled the processing quickly.

    Claim has just been filed. Representative provided very helpful directions in filling out claim and telling me what documentation was necessary to file claim. I am looking forward to the resolution of this problem. Can comment more after this is completed. Thank you.

    I filed a claim in June. They said they did not receive certified letter that I sent..I showed proof of receipt took them another week to "find" my claim. They asked for more MD reports which were sent a month ago. They keep stalling...saying they need more..I have sent all of the papers ....my MD report, daughters spinal X-rays with dates of surgery..they keep saying they can't fine report ...
