I contacted customer service to verify that I had a valid claim per the policy I had purchased. The representative was helpful. My only disappointment so far was the wait time to speak with a representative.

We bought cancel for any reason insurance. Then, my 80 year old husband broke his ankle 10 days before our departure date. The doctor insisted he would not be able to take a trip.
That was December 23. It is February 11 and the doctor was correct. He still cannot walk. We only received compensation earlier this week.
