    Before Trip
    Being able to run the comparisons through SquareMouth was a significant benefit as it let me really look at our needs and the available options.
    We did get materials from the carrier and they came online so that also made the process quick and simple.

    During Trip
    Did not need the coverage (which is how we like it) Knowing that it was there and there was support was the most important benefit.

    We purchased through Squaremouth and never had contact with the insurance so can not rate two of the three questions.

    Never needed them, never contacted them so our review of these attributes is not possible

    Before Trip
    Didn't have any claims so I didn't need to use the insurance. Didn't receive any documentation from them before trip but this may have been optional and you had to request documentation to get any.

    During Trip
    Since I didn't need to use the insurance I had no contact with them.
