Had questions about the policy and TravelSafe Rep was very helpful. Luckily I did not have to make a claim, but it was nice to know the policy was there. I am going on another cruise soon and will probably purchase another policy for the trip.
increasing the policy amount required several phone calls. When I got to the right person, it was easy. The process could be clearer, and why not do it online???
the amount of required documentation was, in my opinion, illogical. One was to prove I had traveled! I am a California resident and received treatment in Mass. This would have taken more time than a reimbursement would justify.

Did not us policy. Should have put coverage on flight also as our departing flight was cancelled due to storm we had to find our own flight. Had two rent a car and drive four hours to Newark, NJ and take JetBlue. A real hassle and added expense of $500+,
Immediately got our insurance info via e-mail. That is the only dealing I had with the carrier. We had no reason to contact them during or after the trip and will not be making a claim.
