Did not like having personal details emailed to me over an unsecure non encrypted email. When I complained there seemed to be a lack of understanding the concern for data security.

I received very conflicting information every time that I contacted TravelSafe. The first 2 times that I contacted Travel Safe Claims, they said that my medical insurance was secondary. The customer service representative actually told me that I needed to submit my receipts for medical expense to "my primary care doctor." I insisted that I had purchased primary medical insurance. Finally, after speaking with her supervisor, the customer service representative confirmed my assertion. I still have not been able to get in touch with Travel Safe to complete the claim.

Purchase was painless and easy. Customer service to adjust the travel dates was also easy and helpful. Fortunately, no significant delays, or problems during the trip, but I felt confident that if there were any issues, I could rely on TravelSafe.

Our trip was beautiful and uneventful (darn near perfect)! We did however have to contact TravelSafe prior to our trip because we added one day onto our trip. Customer service took care of this request, forwarded updated documents and we were on our way with one more day of fun!

Thank you for making this change so easy for us! We assume had we needed a claim (thankfully we did not), the process would be just as smooth.

Great service - purchase options clear and easy to choose.

Even though I've purchased numerous travel protection policies from Squaremouth, I believe this is the very first time I deal with TravelSafe, so I don't have any feedback yet.

Good support when needed. The information provided was accurate and they called back to confirm if everything was fine.

For the safety of covering a major catastrophic event, it made sense to purchase a policy for a large scale trip for us. All was done via Internet, except when our travel plans were delayed a few days and call placed to insurance provider to change dates. Easily rectified with no consequences.
