The web site was super easy to use and the insurance was more than competitive and provided instant coverage when completed. Since we had no claims, I can only assume you to be as efficient in that arena also.
I only rated for 'before the trip' as we, luckily, did not need to file a claim during/after our trip. I will definitely use Squaremouth if travel insurance is needed in the future. It definitely allowed for peace of mind knowing we had proper insurance coverage. Thank you for the ease of application and printing of doc for our trip.

we are going to request a claim. every thing about the trip went according to plan.
Fortunately we did not have to file a claim but I felt better knowing that we had insurance that would cover any situation we might encounter while away from home. We checked with our local health insurer before buying this policy from Squaremouth. Our insurer said we would be covered but that we would have to pay the provider first, submit claim forms and wait for their payment. With Squaremouth we felt good knowing that any claim we might have would be paid then and there.
