    Hasn't been completed. Can't fully rate. Their medical forms and required paperwork are much longer than the one other company I've had to file with.

    we have filed a claim for a medical emergency while in Cancun. It's only been a week and we have not had any contact from insurance about the claim as of today.

    I had no issues and no reason to contact the insurer, (thank goodness!). Travel insurance is for peace of mind! I had some critical connections I needed to make, so it was a good purchase.

    I did not have a need to put a claim or any use of the insurance. So that is a good thing. The only experience was the actual purchasing transaction on line and that was simple and easy as expected.
