    Before Trip
    Quick to setup..took me only few minutes. Checked with customer service for few items and they are easy to deal with..provided me contact details for my European trip. Recommended!

    During Trip
    I didn't get involved in any accident situation so never used the service.

    Didn't rate service during trip because I didn't need any but I liked feeling assured that had there been an emergency ending the trip or a medical emergency we were well taken care of.
