Answered all questions friendly customer service.

Claim Process
The wheel on my luggage broke off so I called customer service to inquire about making a claim. The customer representative was rude and abrupt. I decided not to make a claim because it would entail more trouble than it was worth but I did not appreciate having the phone slammed down when only asking for information

This insurance company does not allow you to extend your policy if you decided to extend your holiday. This insurance company only allow you to extend your policy before you left your trip. Make sure to enquired before making any policy from any insurance company.
