Again, nothing to rate. I did have to go to a doctor, but there was no free way to call customer service (using my cell would have cost a fortune), so I just went to a 24-hour clinic on my own.

I haven't submitted it yet because it will require a lot of hassle and I probably wont get anything back anyway.

The website was very clear on the breakdown of coverage. I can see why so many people recommended you from Elliott.org. I have read some not so great reviews or problems with other insurance carriers not paying claims but your policy allowed me to have peace of mind.

I never had to contact the insurance carrier so all is not applicable.

We were forced to cancel our trip and never went. I called and requested a refund on my premium payment of $120. I'm not sure if I qualify for this or not but the girl I talked to on the phone said she'd find out and call me back but never did. Please contact me so we can talk more about this. Thanks.

When I called, I learned that the camera was sill under manufacturer's warranty. You provided contact info, I called, they said to send it in and they would fix it for free. Life is good.
