    I didn't end up filing a claim but it was easier to purchase, seem fair and competitive, good value for the money.

    During Trip
    I didn't use any of the service during the trip so can't comment on how responsive.

    I didn't submit a claim so can't comment. I hope that if I did, it would have been easy and reasonable.

    Before Trip
    This is my second time using squaremouth before an extended trip to europe. Often i don't know until very short notice when i will be able to depart the usa and begin my yearly vacation. Each time, I have purchased my insurance and received the documents by email and in the USmail in record time. I appreciate the promptness and knowing that i am able to choose the most affordable and appropriate coverage for my needs.

    Did not use the insurance carrier during my trip.

    Claim Process
    I have not yet submitted a claim. My luggage was delayed for six days, and I need to get documentation from the airline before I can submit a claim. I may be contacting your company for guidance if I can't get the documentation.

    We received our policy information by email within a few hours of purchasing our policy.

    During Trip
    We had to cancel our trip a few weeks before departure due to my husband's illness and hospitalization.

    Claim Process
    We filed our claim online and downloaded all the necessary forms. After waiting for the Attending Physician's Statement from our doctor, we mailed the claim forms on 10/2/10.

    called about the train cancellation delay. We were affected by the french protest. We were told we could get reimbursed for a extra night hotel stay
