    Trawick International offered great coverage for a reasonable fee. Although I was able to enjoy my trip and didn’t have to file a claim, the reviews for Trawick were great. I did a lot of research on different companies, and realized Trawick was the winner with customer satisfaction. I plan on choosing Trawick for all of my future big vacations.

    So far not very happy with it because I sent in a ton of information. Then they wanted more information which I sent. This was weeks ago. They only owe us $6000 in the light of money today. However, it is a lot for us not to mention how sad we are not to be able to take the trip because my husband was (and still is) not well. (fortunately it happened at home here in the U.S. not on the ship). I realize the insurance companies don't want fraudulent claims but the delay is not very comforting.

    This policy was very affordable and provided me with the extra security if I was to need it. I’ve worked in healthcare for the biggest part of my life and your normal policy isn’t enough for out of country travel. I will purchase again if I travel out of the US.

    We called the 24 hour emergency assistance number:603-328-1361, and spoke with Ryon Mangroo. Thankful for Ryon's assistance and reassurance. Speaking with him certainly helped us deal with the situation we were in.

    Trawick has ignored the claim I submitted. They have at least two sets of different submitted instructions and two ways of submitting since they have limited office hours I can’t contact them on weekends or evenings, which is when I have time. If I email, I immediately receive a notice of the communications receipt. Then I hear nothing. Trawick has a separate company handling claims and none of the website communications or downloads for forms work. It has been five business days since I submitted the claim and I have even received recognition that the claim was submitted.
