    They use a third party to file a claim, and the claims website SUCKS!

    I will be on the phone with them most of the day tomorrow...

    I'll be filing a claim for hospital emergency room expense. Not sure if it will qualify. I emailed customer service and they replied immediately with instructions for filing claim. I will have to wait til I'm back home to do so.

    We moved our trip up a day, so our original policy needed to be adjusted. I called customer service, it was quick, easy, and didn’t cost too much extra

    I was unable to register my claim online. I called 24 assistant and was told to try again. I tried several times and it wouldn’t recognize my password and gave no way to reset my password. I put in 3 requests via “contact us”. It took many days to get a response. I then did what they asked and it said not matching. Put in more requests. Got an answer but we are still traveling so I will try next week when I am home

    I filed a claim back in March 2023 for trip interruption and baggage delay, right after I got back from the trip. It was filed with full supporting documentation as instructed. Other than an automated confirmation email advising me they had received my claim and that it might take some time due to the volume of claims received, I did not receive any communication from them as to the claim and payment status. After waiting more than six months, I contacted them by phone in mid September 2023 and was told that they had not completed the claim review process. A few days later I got an email saying that they had concluded their review and that payment would be sent out. I finally received a check in early October 2023. The check did include a small payment for interest.
