The customer service agent was very nice and patient as she walked me through the process.
I had limited options, but the policy I bought met my needs.
I would recommend Squaremouth but I would tell the individual to purchase insurance when first booking travel.
The only time I needed them was in Thailand, but because it was July 4th in the states they didn't answer. People get sick and bad things happen on holidays, too.
My wife had her passport and wallet stolen while we were on the street. The customer service person basically told us that since it wasn't stolen out of our luggage we probably wouldn't get reimbursed at all so it was pointless to file a claim.
I was distressed several times with getting sick on this overseas trip. I am so thankful for Jane Pennington and her expertise in handling my claim. What a lovely incredible woman she is.
I recommend Trawick to many people who are travelling and always will.
Sincere thanks to all at Trawick
Easy to purchase. Just one minor issue for me... The agent I called seemed somewhat reluctant to answer my questions about the policy saying several times that what I was asking was in the written policy that I could read myself. I did not have the policy at hand which is why I called Customer Service.
Purchasing the policy was easy and clean. Filing a claim was straight forward: I sent an email, received forms, and filled them out and mailed them, tracking provided, to the address stipulated. However, that's where things stopped and my insurer started putting up barriers. Even though all materials requested: medical questionnaire, doctor's statements, clinic statements and all doctor and clinic receipts were provided, I keep getting requests for an additional medical questionnaire. I would like this claim resolved before I re-up this month. I will re-up as soon as this is resolved.
Mark, GBG needs the accident questionnaire filled out because you did not give details in the claim form nor in the medical records about how you were injured the medical accident form you sent back was blank. Once you have answered the questions on the form the rest of the process should go smoothly. They are waiting on you as of today 6/12/17. If I can be of assistance please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

I called several times to ask questions and received helpful information from excellent customer service reps.
Luckily, we didn't have any cause to communicate with the carrier during our trip.
No claim was made. Sorry, maybe I clicked the wrong button at the beginning.
I called customer service with questions, but it sounded like they were using a poor quality VOIP service and the representative kept cutting out along with overall poor phone quality.
I called them and got a claims agency. i asked them to send me a claims form and never heard more.

i did not file claim and do not plan to do so.
I apologize that you didn’t hear back from the claims office.
If you still need a claim form you can find one on our website or if you contact our office at 888-301-9289 we can email one to you.
We had to cancel our trip because of a serious medical problem. We submitted all the forms but have not heard from the insurance company. It has been three and a half weeks since I mailed the forms. Is this to be expected?
