This was an easy, inexpensive policy. Thank God it wasn't needed; but I had peace knowing I could have! If I travel out of the country again, I will go with this company.

It took a long time to get my policy. I had to call several times. They took my address and said they would mail it to my home. It didn't arrive so I called again. They said they don't mail things out but some friends got their policy in the mail. They said they sent it by email but the address they sent it to was nowhere near the address I had given them. That required another call to change the email address. I was getting a little anxious as my departure date was coming up soon. Finally I had some friends print it out for me since I don't have a printer.
Not a pleasant experience!
We never went on the trip. We had a death in the family. I filed a claim but have not heard anything yet.
Great summaries on Squaremouth from which to pick the perfect product. Was sent by a gentleman in your department to Trawick to have a question answered and they seemed a bit rude, but at least I had confidence in the product I bought.
As a Canadian customer I was somewhat leery of how customer service could be delivered using an American based company. As it turned out, there were complicating international and personal events taking place shortly before our trip. I phoned direct to customer service and found those there to be personal, helpful and professional. Thank you Squaremouth for peace of mind and being part of a trip of a lifetime!
Within a few minutes I received my certificate of insurance via email. It was detailed and I felt very comfortable before leaving home on my trip to Indonesia

My interaction with Trawick was pleasant and proffesssional. Pricing was competitive and will use again.
Did not need to use it but it was a great deal and purchasing was easy. will definitely purchase insurance from here again if ever need to!!
The only concern was you website offered coverage for sports like skiing but when I went to book it the site would not allow the purchase
In the end we did not ski but I was disappointed by the false advertising
Other than that the value of the policy and coverage was very good
