    First time purchase of Travel Insurance. Seemed like a good idea to have that coverage since we were going to Egypt and Covid is still a reality

    The Customer Service Representatives are so helpful and patient.
    I always travel with confidence in Trawick International. I know if I need to make a claim that they pay without any hassle and pay promptly.

    My claim has been filed and I am awaiting their response. I received a message that it was received and they had a large number of claims so it might take some time. I cannot judge how they have handled my claim until they do handle it.

    Impossible to place the claim. Form is not easy to understand (wording is general and vague). Form only allows one upload per claim category (we purchased our tickets in multiple transactions, so we have lots of support documents.) Staff is nice when you call customer service e but give conflicting directions. We've used allianz without issue. Hoping to get this resolved quickly.

    Contacted customer service stating that I need to file a claim due to my luggage being lost in transit to my destination. The needed property claim form was provided promptly to my satisfaction.

    With the help of an agent I was able to quickly locate a policy that was similar to the one I used a year ago for the same trip so I didn't have to spend a lot of time researching and comparing!

    We made an error on our initial purchase application and had to call support to correct it. The agent was polite and very helpful, getting the error corrected quickly.

    My experience was very positive. Peace of mind was the result of knowing that my family had coverage from a reliable carrier. Searching for the coverage I needed was easy and quick using Squaremouth. I have been a customer for several years and will certainly be back next year. I would recommend highly.
