    I had a serious accident. I neede to be evacuated from France to the US.

    On call handled the trip home and they were great.

    I filed a claim because we could not travel due to a medical reason. The travel insurance companies website is horrible. All documentation is complete and I have heard nothing from the company at all except for a standard general email telling me it will take a long time to hear from them about my claim. I am not at all satisfied with this travel insurance company.

    My claim was filed in September 2022 and I never heard anything back despite numerous attempts to contact Squaremouth representatives etc. To assist me with my claim. Very unprofessional and I will never purchase a policy from squaremouth or affiliates or recommend. I feel like I was completely ripped off by frauds.

    I filed my claim in September 2022 and finally heard back 8 months later after a dozen emails checking on the status. STILL NOT RESOLVED FOR A SIMPLE VISIT TO THE DOCTOR FOR SINUS INFECTION. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS POLICY OR THROUGH THESE COMPANIES AGAIN.

    The tour company refunded part of our money, and American Airlines refunded all of our money, so we only filed a claim for the balance, $2500. Trawick refunded $1,875, which we accepted. Their reasoning for not refunding the entire $2500 was that my doctor’s wording did not say specifically that I could not walk on my ankle (I am currently in the midst of waiting for parts to arrive for ankle replacement surgery.). The Costa Rica tour was a very active tour with hiking many of the days and walking distances. I can currently barely walk from my living room to my bathroom because my ankle is in such bad shape. Also, the refund took over six weeks to arrive, and I never heard a word from Trawick until the check arrived in the mail. I had called them about three weeks in and they just told me to be patient.

    All nice and stuff and answer questions before you buy , now i need to make a claim

    ohhhh 3rd party handles claims !!!!!, need to go to the website i am told , so confusing , then I call the 3rd party ,,,,not rude just cold and not helpful and all
    I got all my recipes in order , very confusing when to download them and where

    I am making a partial claim not full on my vacation

    My husband got Covid half way through. We had to cancel the second excursion (five day. Safari) and he was isolated for 5 days. I did try to contact the insurance for assistance but was told they could not help me. That the insurance was only for claims upon return. When I asked if they needed my name to let them know we were having problems I was told no. Just wait to file the claim. It took 5 to 6 hours to actually file the claim with at least 7 calls for clarification. The support was minimal at best. Different responses were I don’t know why the claim only allows one entry, that is a computer glitch. I needed to contact support. I started the process at 11:00 am and when I was told to get support it was after 5. I spent hours. I stayed with it and I did file the claim on 2/15/23 and sent an accompanying email for the additional receipts and letters. It was more than frustrating.

    It took about 2 months for our claim to be processed. Trawick requested information that we had already sent them. We assume this slowed the process. We were reimbursed the full amount we claimed, so we are pleased. Seems like good value for the money spent.
