Terms not clear at purchase about Trip Delay. My trip was delayed by a hurricane, and after calling found out I was only covered for cancelation, not delay.

Before Trip
We purchased the policy online - no direct contact with the company - everything went smoothly. When I called just prior to our trip requesting copies of the policy, they responded immediatly.

During Trip
Did not contact MH Ross during our trip (fortunately).

Claim Process
We made no claims on this policy but feel that it was good value for the price and were happy we had purchased it.
