I was able to use my travel insurance at the hospital. it took me 3 hours to finally find out that I had to ip-ay out of pocket ($957.91) which was a real problem. It was Vithas Hospital in Malaga, Spain. The peron that Ispoke with was dtried very hard to work out the issue but the hospital said the needed a gaurentee of payment and they would provide a deffinate amount. I ended up paying so someone would see me.
This was distressing as I wasby myself and I was very upset by the attack that happened in Madrid. This should not be how this is dealt with. I was in pain mentally and physically and no one spoke english. I have PDSD from this and still have trouble sleeping through the night.
This policy provided me with peace of mind before and during our trip.

Please and easy claim submission. Fast response and claim payment. Used Squaremouth for travel insurance many times with different insurers. Seven Corners offered a compeitively priced policy, and processed my claim and a highly satisfactory manner.
We had to cancel our trip due to health problems. Our claim was paid very rapidly. We were very satisfied with the insurance.
I had to extend my stay by two days, and the Seven Corners person explained my options for coverage the next two days. She was very helpful and explained my options.
Had to file a claim and was very pleased with how effortless and quick the process was. Thank you!
After our arrival in USA, when Jet-Lag should have been behind us, I felt unwell, probably on 26th of March 2025 and contacted Seven Corners for advice how to see a physician.
I was given a list of practitioners in my area and after several attempts to make contact, it became clear to me that the practitioners on the list were connected to Tel (954) 518-7000 - Cleveland Clinic at 7857 N University Drive, Parkland 33067 Fl.
I was refused the ability to schedule an appointment, as' according to that Clinic, my policy was not compatible with my request.... despite my referral from Seven Corners.
The additional telephone numbers which I used in my attempts to schedule were 954-659-5124 / 5080 - I spoke amongst others, with Liz and Marcy and again with Seven Corners.
Seven Corners said I was to have Cleveland call Seven Corners - I was too ill to register all that bureaucrtic run around.
It was even more stressful when I was told that I got 'go private' for about US$800 and in any case, even if I really had a policy (that's no way to speak to a client - "guilty until proven innocent ??") there was to be a payment of US$30, despite our having paid for a non-deductible policy.
However, by Friday 28th March, Cleveland called me to confirm that my policy was, indeed, in order.
Thankfully, I felt that my symptoms had resolved themselves and I no longer required your services.
Beyond not being able to receive medical assistance I feel that I was badly treated and wonder what would have happened if I had really become ill.
Claim was paid but the process for submitting the information was very confusing. I received 3 additional request for information after original submital, it would be helpful to have received clear instructions from the start on what was needed.
Great service. Claim handled professionally and claim paid promptly.
