We were unable to travel as planned due to the pandemic. We certainly do appreciate the opportunity to place our policy on hold, planning to travel in the future.

Our flight was cancelled and we were forced to change the dates of the trip to 9/5-9/9. Trawick was informed and agreed to transfer the coverage to the new dates. We were very pleased with the ease with which we were able to do so and the help Trawick provided in this regard. Thanks

They were able to hold my policy/credit it during covid until I needed it reinstated for the trip which occurred about a year and a 1/2 later. No extra charges were incurred as a result of covid with reinstatement.

You do well. I have issues with insurance companies not really offering plans for people who drive to their destination. We pay for travel issues we will never encounter. Not fair.

I tried to cancel within the ten business days and was given an email address to send my cancellation to-- after four weeks I received an email
Stating I could not cancel -- I cannot get anyone on the phone and keep getting the run around-- I would like my money back

Purchased the policy because it specifically covered Covid and we were traveling out of the country. Buying the insurance through Squaremouth was easy process that allowed comparison shopping. Our original cruise trip was canceled and we rebooked a new one. Trawick transferred the policy to the new trip with no extra hoops to jump through. Our trip went off without any problems so we did not file any claims or have any contact with their International Assistance.
