- My bag has not yet been found by Air France since my return flight on July 16
- My file number at AF is YULAF43402
- I completed the inventory form upon request by AF
- I spoke to a pleasant person at Trawick today to let them know that my bag is missing.

No issues.

Easy to purchase a policy that fit my needs, as it should be. But since I did not file a claim I cannot comment on the most important aspect of the policy-the claims service from the insurance company.

The Trawick International representative was extremely helpful. She knew exactly how to handle our trip itinerary and protect us against unforeseen trip interruption.

I was traveling to 3 foreign countries with 3 other people (two seniors and a teenager). It was a 'peace of mind' purchase, thinking maybe sprained ankle in Iceland. Before we even touched down for our first connecting flight in Iceland, my friend had a medical emergency. Lot of pain, very unwell, and we ended up staying overnight in Iceland while she was treated for a gallstone she did not know she had. We were relieved it was not appendix, as we feared, but it was an alarming situation. While she was sedated and having tests, I called the international customer service number to ask basic questions for her on how to proceed with payment for the ambulance and hospital and then filing a claim. The representative I talked to was wonderfully patient and helpful and emailed a claim form to her on the spot so that it would be waiting for her when we got home.

We really didn't think we would need to use these emergency policies but since they were affordable, offered good coverages, and would take the question out of coverage in an emergency in a foreign country we bought them "just in case". So glad we did! And very happy with the entire experience with Trawick. I expect that her claim will be handled quickly and in the way the representative described to me by phone.

I intend to go back to Iceland this year and will definitely be buying another travel medical policy from Trawick International. It is now on my permanent "packing list".

I let my friends know about squaremouth when they are traveling, although I have never needed myself to file a claim yet. Nowadays it seems foolish to travel without insurance.

Everything was smooth from information getting to purchasing a policy. Outstanding customer service!
