The portal gives our customers access to all the information they need while traveling. They can contact our customer service team, quickly locate their provider’s 24-hour emergency assistance phone number, or report a claim online.

We Promise to Help Our Customers During Their Claim

Our unique Zero Complaint Guarantee is our promise to help customers who are dissatisfied with how their claim is handled.

When our customers open a Zero Complaint case, our team of licensed claims adjusters will investigate their claim and mediate on their behalf with the provider. If the claim isn’t handled 100% fairly and honestly, and to our satisfaction, we will remove that provider from our website and stop selling their products
