Job Description

Travel Insurance Affiliate Marketing Manager - Account Management

We are a successful, web based travel and health insurance agency and we are looking to add an Affiliate Marketing Manager to our team. We are looking to attract new travel, insurance and immigrant visa related websites to sell our health and travel insurance using our comparative quote engine.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be required to establish new and grow existing relationships.

Duties

• Establish new affiliates
• Manage and expand the relationships with existing affiliates
• Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to clients, as well as offering ideas / methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
• Advise affiliates on the most efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
• Actively consult with affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommending and implementing best practices around online marketing programs
• Provide exceptional service to your affiliate accounts, while simultaneously growing account revenues each month
• Campaign performance and profit analysis
• Assisting in new campaign development

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience in travel insurance B2B sales and affiliate account management
• Proficient knowledge of internet sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to manage and grow relationships with affiliates in a highly competitive market
• Travel agency knowledge is a plus
• Candidate must be ambitious, outgoing and determined to set themselves apart in this fast-paced, lucrative industry
• PC and Internet proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce.com CRM management experience or general CRM experience
• Ability to work under pressure to solve affiliate issues and meet critical deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a home office and be able to work remotely as the candidate can be based anywhere in the USA.

Compensation

Web Applications Developer

Squaremouth is seeking a full-time web applications developer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience working with the technologies detailed below.

Job Description

This position will be responsible for helping to develop the next generation of our quote engine, in addition to maintaining our current quote engine. The following summarizes this position’s duties:

• Confirms site objectives by analyzing and validating user requirements.
• Identifying new features and functionality.
• Integrating applications by designing database and application architecture which includes establishing connectivity with insurance carrier systems.
• Maintaining team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, reviewing open issues, and contributing information to team meetings.
• Reducing costs and improving serviceability by preparing reusable component design.
• Updating job knowledge by researching new web technologies, participating in educational opportunities, and reading industry publications to stay informed on current technology trends.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while also exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required Skills

• Systems life cycle experience, including software testing in a web environment is required.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
