If You purchase Sports Coverage the Insurer will pay up to the combined maximum limit shown on the Schedule of Coverage and Services for prepaid non-refundable ski passes, greens fees and sporting equipment rental.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Restaurant Referrals and Reservations: Provides restaurant recommendations based on your needs and desires, and then makes reservations at the recommended restaurant. Based on availability.

Ground Transportation: Locates and arranges for a transportation service to pick you up and deliver you to your desired destination.

Event Ticketing: Assists with the purchase of tickets to sporting events, theatre, concerts, etc. Based on availability.

Tee Times and Course Recommendations: Makes tee time reservations at available golf courses and recommends alternatives in case of an over booked course. Based on availability.

Floral Services: Orders flowers for such events as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.

The above services provided by the Worldwide Assistance Center are non-insurance services through AIG Travel Assist.

License Refund Coverage:

The Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the prepaid non-refundable cost of the Insured’s access licenses or permits if the Insured is unable to make their out-of-state Trip due to one of the Unforeseen events shown in the Trip Cancellation/ Interruption Benefit.

OPTIONAL - ATHLETE/STUDENT LIFESTYLE PAK UPGRADE

If You purchased the Athlete/Student Lifestyle Pak in addition to Your Travelex Passenger Protection Plan, You will receive the following, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits as outlined in the Travel Select Certificate of Insurance.

TRIP CANCELLATION / TRIP INTERRUPTION
The Company will pay for pre-paid Tuition Fees not refunded by Your school if traveling abroad for the purpose of attending said school, up to the maximum shown on the Confirmation of Coverage, if You are prevented from taking or continuing participation on Your Covered Trip due to a covered reason. Tuition Fees: means all pre-paid non-refundable expenses charged by the school for Your participation in the school’s academic period. These expenses include tuition, room and board through the school only. Off-campus rooms, meals, books or fraternity/sorority charges are not included.

TRIP INTERRUPTION
The Company will provide reimbursement for unused, non-refundable hotel cancellation expenses prepaid to the hotel and return air expenses incurred by You, up to 150% of the amount insured, if Your sporting competition is rescheduled or cancelled due to weather.

TRIP DELAY
The Company will reimburse You up to $25 for expenses incurred directly related to internet usage fees incurred during the time You are experiencing a Common Carrier delay. Receipts for the expenses incurred must be submitted for reimbursement.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The following general exclusions have been lifted from the policy during Your Covered Trip:

1. Participation in bodily contact sports; any race; speed contests; and
2. Participation as a professional in athletics.

OPTIONAL - FAMILY LIFESTYLE PAK UPGRADE

If You purchased the Family Lifestyle Pak in addition to Your Travelex Passenger Protection Plan, You will receive the following, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits as outlined in the Travel Select Certifi cate of Insurance.

TRIP CANCELLATION / TRIP INTERRUPTION

The Company will pay a benefit, up to the maximum shown on the Confirmation of Coverage, if You are prevented from taking Your Covered Trip due to: Sickness, Accidental Injury or death of Your Child Caregiver which results in medically imposed restrictions as certified by a Physician at the time of Loss preventing Your participation in the Covered Trip. A Physician must advise the Child Caregiver is unable to provide basic childcare services while You are on the Covered Trip on or before the Scheduled Departure Date.

Note: The Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion will apply. Child Caregiver: means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Covered Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Covered Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.”

TRIP DELAY
The Company will reimburse You for one movie rental up to $25, in the event Your delay results in an overnight stay (other than Your home residence) if You are delayed en route to or from the Covered Trip. This does not include movie rentals that are rated “X” or above by the Classification and Rating Administration (CARA). If you are delayed by a Common Carrier while en route to Your return destination after the Covered Trip is completed and have placed Your cat or dog in a kennel for the duration of the Covered Trip and You are unable to collect them on the day previously agreed with the kennel, benefits will be paid at $25 per day, on a one-time basis, up to the Maximum Benefit amount shown in the Confirmation of Coverage to cover the necessary additional kennel fees.

For Kennel coverage, You must provide the following documentation when presenting a claim for these benefits: written confirmation of the reasons for delay from the Common Carrier whose delay resulted in the Loss, including but not limited to, scheduled departure and return times and actual departure and return times; and written confirmation from the kennel advising the original pick-up date and the actual pick-up date.

EMERGENCY SICKNESS & ACCIDENT MEDICAL EXPENSE

If Your cat or dog is accompanying You on the Covered Trip and as a result of sickness or accidental injury that fi rst manifests itself or first occurs during the Covered Trip, incurs Emergency Medical Treatment, the Company will pay benefits up to $1,000 subject to a $50 deductible, if Your cat or dog incurs Covered Medical Expenses.

Emergency Medical Treatment means necessary medical treatment, including services and supplies, which must be performed during the Covered Trip due to the serious and acute nature of the sickness or accidental injury.

Covered Medical Expenses: means necessary services and supplies that are recommended by the attending licensed Veterinarian.

Veterinarian: means a licensed practitioner pertaining to the medical and surgical treatment of animals, especially domesticated animals acting within the scope of his/her license. The treating Veterinarian may not be You, a Traveling Companion or a Family Member. If Your cat or dog is accompanying You on the Covered Trip and is left unattended as a result of Your hospitalization, the Company will pay for the cost to transport, up to the Maximum Benefit amount shown on the schedule, to return the pet to Your primary place of residence. Covered expenses are for transportation expenses only. Expenses to kennel the pet are not reimbursable under this benefit.

License Refund Coverage: The Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the prepaid non-refundable cost of the Insured’s hunting or fishing license if the Insured is unable to make their out-of-state Trip due to one of the Unforeseen events shown in the Trip Cancellation/ Interruption Benefit.
