Trip Deposit Date

Please enter the date you made the first payment of any kind towards your trip. This could be either a deposit or the full payment towards flights, hotels, tour or cruise and made either to a travel agent or direct payment in the event you made your own travel arrangements. If you used air miles for this trip and did not pay a deposit, please enter the issue date on your tickets.

This question determines whether you will receive pre-existing medical coverage for CSA and HTH products. If you still have payments to make you are eligible for this coverage. All other products determine your eligibility for pre-existing medical coverage using the number of days that elapsed from your deposit date until you purchase your policy.
