This will also be a guided tour of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. The insurance company was great about it and transferred our insurance from the first trip to the one we re-scheduled. Thus, technically, we have not used the insurance, nor have we taken the trip. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received and the quick response to our request to transfer the insurance.
