    This was a wonderful trip in every way- pre arrangements, cruise, and return, so no claim was ever considered.

    I did this all online so I never interacted with a real person but everything went easily and smoothly so I had no reason to fear if I did need to talk to someone.

    No problems at all! AIRTRAN is a great way to travel. They provided wheelchair
    escorts at both depart. and return flights.

    All my dealings with the insurer were completed on line, even to printing out my insurance Policy Acknowledgment and Certificate.

    During Trip
    I had no need to contact the insurer at all during my trip, so I am unable to rate them.

    I spoke with someone at Squaremouth, but I can't remember his name. He had a British accent, if I remember correctly. He was EXTREMELY helpful.
