We pride ourselves on answering the phone, but there are times when call volume is high. We double checked our phone log and we did not receive a voicemail from you and we do not show an active claim in our system.
We can always be reached via email at Claims@globalunderwriters.com. In emergency situation, please call our 24 hour assistance services in the event of a claim.
