However, I was not able to do so. I would strongly suggest that you make this an option for other travelers. I did not have a need for all of the additional insurance that was provided with this policy.

I was told I have up to 1 year to get this approved so until I am healthy this will have to wait. But DeTour Insurance seemed willing to help with this claim

Because of unexpected illness the day of my departure I had to cancel this flight/trip. I'm have contacted Detour and received the same attentive responses by helping me with the necessary paperwork . I will now wait prayerfully for my refund ……… So far I would recommend Detour to others.
