How Do I Receive My Travel Insurance Policy?
Once you have purchased your travel insurance policy, you will receive a confirmation of benefits and your policy certificate via email, typically within 15 minutes of your purchase.
When you purchase a travel insurance policy with Squaremouth, you will receive two emails. One will be an email Squaremouth confirming your purchase and giving a summary of coverage. The other will be from your insurance provider containing the policy certificate and any other documentation needed.
If you do not receive your policy and policy confirmation via email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still have not received your email, please contact Squaremouth at 1-800-240-0369 to ensure the email address on file is correct and to request the policy be resent.
In the event you would also like a mailed copy of your travel insurance documentation, you may contact your travel insurance provider directly to request this information. Once requested from the provider, a mailed policy typically takes 7-10 days to arrive. The policy will be mailed to the address on file, unless otherwise specified. Alternatively, a hard copy of the policy is also available to print once you have purchased your policy.
