CSA Travel Protection Complaints
Travelers will have CSA Travel Protection complaints if a claim is denied or if they have a bad customer service experience. When customers are not satisfied with how a claim has been processed they can request that Squaremouth mediate on their behalf.
All travel insurance policies bought through Squaremouth come with the Zero Complaint Guarantee. If a client is not happy with the level of service they have received from a carrier, they can request that Squaremouth get involved to help resolve the situation. Unless the carrier provides a solution satisfactory to Squaremouth, that carrier will be removed from the website and their products will no longer be sold.
