Trip Is Cancelled Within Money Back Guarantee Period
If your trip was cancelled because of coronavirus (COVID-19), you may cancel your policy and receive a full refund of your premium paid if you are within your policy’s Money Back Guarantee period.
The Money Back Guarantee period is typically either 10 or 14 days, depending on the provider, and allows travelers the opportunity to cancel their policy for a full refund during that time.
Trip is Cancelled Outside of Money Back Guarantee Period
If your trip was cancelled because of coronavirus and you did not incur any penalties or fees, you may be able to cancel your policy and receive a voucher for your premium paid or apply your policy to a new trip. However, this may vary by provider and is not guaranteed.
